Taste Notes
The yard was made for Drew Estate President Steve Sacca as his personal smokehouse.
Dark and oily with an open draw and even burn. Its initial herbal quality takes a stronger turn with notes of cocoa powder,
earth and oak. A chocolate note returns on the finish.
