Products cannot be returned or refunded after the order is confirmed or received, because our products are prepared or customized based on the customer’s request and cannot be resold, in order to maintain quality and safety.

Refund or return requests may only be reviewed in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged or unusable.

The customer receives a product different from the one ordered.

There is a clear mistake from our side in preparing the order.

If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, explain the reason, and attach clear photos of the product. The request will be reviewed, and the appropriate action will be taken.

Note: Return or refund requests due to a change of mind after confirming the order will not be accepted.
